Now Hiring - National Director of Clinical Operations
Location: NJ, PA, KS, MO, VA, & MA
Ascend Hospice is seeking a strong, strategic clinical leader to join our team as National Director of Clinical Operations This role plays a critical part in driving high-quality patient care, supporting clinical teams, and leading the continued growth of our hospice services.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and oversee clinical operations across multiple hospice locations
- Manage and support Regional Clinical Directors and care teams
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards
- Drive quality initiatives and performance improvement programs
- Partner with executive leadership on strategy, growth, and operations
- Collaborate with Medical Directors and interdisciplinary teams
- Develop and implement clinical policies and best practices
- Support financial performance and program development
What You Bring
- Active RN license
- Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s preferred
- 5+ years of hospcie leadership experience preferred
- Hospice experience required
- Strong leadership, communication, and operational skills
- Ability to lead teams and drive results
