The Opportunity
We are looking for a top-performing Service Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment and is motivated by performance-based earnings.
This is not an entry-level role. This is an opportunity for someone who:

What You’ll Do
- Own the customer experience from check-in to delivery
- Accurately identify customer concerns and translate them into actionable repair orders
- Present estimates with clarity and confidence, focusing on value—not pressure
- Maintain consistent communication throughout the repair process
- Work closely with technicians to ensure efficiency and maximize billed hours
- Drive revenue through ethical recommendations and service follow-through
- Build long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor with strong sales performance
- Track record of hitting or exceeding revenue and KPI targets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and workflows without losing attention to detail
- Strong understanding of automotive systems (European experience highly preferred)
- Comfortable using shop management systems and digital inspection tools
