Healing Haven is a state-of-the-art behavioral clinic supporting children with autism and their families. Our Madison Heights campus has four clinics designed to meet the needs of children and young adults at every stage of life. We focus on the whole family, often including siblings and parents in therapy.
We are seeking energetic, dependable individuals to provide one-on-one ABA therapy that helps children improve communication, social, play, and daily living skills. Comprehensive training is provided, and Behavior Technicians receive consistent on-site supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Strong Pay That Grows With You – Competitive starting pay with annual merit increase eligibility. Technicians with 1+ year of experience and active RBT certification start at $20/hour.

Implementing individualized behavior analysis programming during one-on-one (1:1) therapy sessions and, when clinically appropriate, two-on-one (2:1) therapy sessions as set forth by a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
Teach communication, social, motor, play, and daily living (ADL) skills
Maintain a structured, engaging therapy environment
Build strong, professional relationships with clients and families
Collect data and document progress
Collaborate with Speech and Occupational Therapy teams
Maintain RBT certification and QBS Safety-Care training
Bachelor's degree preferred, not required

Reliable transportation and clean criminal history
Ability to walk, run, lift, squat, bend, and push/pull up to 30 lbs as needed
