Job Responsibilities:
1.Operational Support & Warehouse Logistics:Manage daily on-site operations and monitor workflow to ensure smooth and efficient operations; oversee product receiving, sorting, and order fulfillment (50% office, 50% warehouse).
2. Data Entry & Inventory Control:Input and maintain accurate data in ERP/operational systems; prepare and update tracking documents, and conduct regular physical inventory counts of products.
3.Logistics & Coordination:Coordinate incoming/outgoing cargo, arrange shipping logistics, and liaise with freight forwarders or couriers to ensure timely delivery.
4.Communication:Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders; respond to emails, phone calls, and inquiries regarding order and shipment status.
5.Process Improvement:Assist in identifying areas for improvement in warehouse layout, picking paths, or operational workflows to enhance efficiency.
6.Vendor & Carrier Liaison:Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure compliance and timely delivery of goods.
7. Compliance & Reporting:Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as external regulations where applicable. Assist in preparing operational reports for management.
8. Physical & Administrative Tasks:Perform administrative and hands-on operational tasks as assigned. Must have the physical stamina to assist in lifting, packing, and moving product cartons during daily warehouse operations
9. Facility & Environmental Monitoring:Create and maintain corresponding records, including but not limited to humidity, temperature, and cleanliness parameters within the climate-controlled warehouse to ensure compliance with storage specifications.
Requirements:
1.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to effectively balance office administration and physical on-site tasks.
2.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate smoothly with internal teams and external logistics carriers.
3.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other office management tools (ERP or WMS experience is a strong plus)..
4.Ability to handle multiple tasks with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
5.Strong problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and the physical stamina to handle daily warehouse inventory checks, picking, packing, and moving product cartons.
6.Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required!!!
