About the Role
We are seeking a experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) willing to travel between our Conroe and Montgomery offices based on provider schedules and patient demand.
This role is ideal for a confident assistant who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys supporting multiple providers.
Schedule
Conroe Dental Center
- Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Tuesday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Montgomery Dental Center
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
(Morning huddles begin 15 minutes prior to open)
Key Responsibilities
- Chairside assisting during dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments
- Take impressions, X-rays, and intraoral photos
- Maintain sterilization and OSHA standards
- Support patient flow and provider efficiency
- Assist across offices as scheduled
Qualifications
- Active RDA certification
- Dental assisting experience required
- Willingness to travel between locations weekly
- Strong clinical and organizational skills
- Team-oriented and adaptable mindset
