The Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced, driven Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who knows how to motivate people, build a positive culture, and use technology to improve results. You’ll play a key role in driving sales performance while delivering the exceptional customer experience our dealership is known for.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to consistently hit sales targets, gross profit goals, and high CSI scores
- Oversee daily sales operations, deal desking, and the full customer journey from first contact to delivery
- Implement effective sales processes and best practices that fit our market and brand
- Train and mentor team members on product knowledge, Toyota programs, financing, and closing skills
- Leverage CRM, DMS, and digital tools to manage leads, track performance, and improve efficiency
- Collaborate with finance, service, and parts departments to create a seamless experience for every customer
- Maintain strong manufacturer relationships and stay on top of inventory and incentive programs
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry
- Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing sales team
- Self-starter with strong initiative and accountability
- Tech-savvy — comfortable using modern dealership technology, CRM systems, and data tools
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Customer-focused mindset with high integrity and professionalism
Preferred
- Toyota dealership experience or strong familiarity with Toyota products and certification programs
- Experience with common automotive platforms (VINSolutions, CDK, etc.) is a plus

Pay: $140,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
