Job Duties
· Assist in such warehouse tasks as loading, unloading, sorting, picking, stocking, staging and transportation of goods in order to receive and fill orders as needed.
· Learn the product line; Photolithography and Wet Process Chemicals for the semiconductor or IC market
· Answer questions regarding orders, products, and polices
· Handle Customer Service Issues and Logistics Issues
· Handle outbound calls to follow up directly with carriers.
· Able to lift 75 pounds
Job Requirements
· 1-2 years of business to business Warehouse experience in a shipping/receiving environment preferred
· Experience operating a forklift preferred
· Proficient in computer use: MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Federal Express Shipping software
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· A pleasant voice over the telephone with clear diction and composure
· Organized and detail-oriented
· Polished and professional
· Flexible with ability to multi-task on several projects in a fast-paced environment
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· Reliability and good attendance
· Must be adept at problem solving with ability to work independently with minimum supervision
· Ability to implement process improvement initiatives
· DOT and IATA HazMat certification is a plus!
