As a Floating LPN, you'll provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care at multiple ReGenesis Health Care locations throughout Spartanburg, Cherokee, and Union Counties. - Competitive pay: $24.00–$31.00 per hour

The Floating Licensed Practical Nurse provides professional nursing care under the direction of a physician or licensed healthcare provider while supporting multiple ReGenesis Health Care health centers.
This position performs both independent and delegated nursing functions consistent with the South Carolina Nurse Practice Act, helping ensure high-quality, compassionate, and equitable patient care.
Travel between ReGenesis Health Care locations within Spartanburg, Cherokee, and Union Counties is required.
- Deliver safe, compassionate, patient-centered nursing care.

Perform nursing assessments and delegated clinical procedures within the LPN scope of practice.

Administer medications, treatments, and immunizations as ordered.

Accurately document patient care in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).

Carry out physician and provider orders accurately and efficiently.

Assist providers with examinations and clinical procedures.

Perform point-of-care testing and maintain quality control documentation.

Educate patients regarding medications, treatment plans, disease management, and preventive care.

Support chronic disease management and preventive health initiatives.

Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes promptly to providers.

Maintain infection prevention standards and comply with OSHA Bloodborne Pathogen requirements.

Protect patient privacy and maintain HIPAA compliance.

Participate in clinical meetings, in-service education, and quality improvement initiatives.

Maintain current licensure and continuing education requirements.

Provide culturally competent, compassionate healthcare to diverse patient populations.

Float between multiple ReGenesis Health Care locations as staffing needs require.
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
- Current South Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
- Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
- Minimum one year of nursing experience in:
