Responsibilities of an RN:
Monitor and assess residents to ensure their clinical needs are met with the highest quality of care
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Document accurately and timely in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
Support unit operations under the direction of the Unit Manager
Perform additional nursing duties as assigned to support resident care and facility goals
Qualifications of an RN:
Current, active RN license in the state of Ohio (required)
Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred, but not required
