The successful Maintenance Site Supervisor (MSS) is accountable for managing all field maintenance operations. They are accountable for the supervision of production teams and clients’ sites. Direct responsibility for the coordination of scheduled workflow of resources such as labor, equipment, and materials to guarantee maximum use and completion of daily tasks within budget, safety guidelines and quality standards. The MSS will coach, teach, and mentor maintenance production teams in their professional development and career progression. The MSS will be the bridge between field operations and management . The MSS will be the front line to identify, and report issues and opportunities. In addition, the MSS is responsible for the proper and effective communication of daily production goals with team members, supervisors, and managers. This position will also perform all other duties as assigned.
Duties/Responsibilities:

Apply valuable leadership skills; train, motivate, develop, and direct people as they work to effectively monitor and assess performance in order to make improvements and/or take corrective action

Demonstrate effective management abilities; maintain accountability of tools, equipment, and/or materials to ensure that sufficient supplies are available, and items are in usable condition at all times

Accountable for directing daily production teams’ tasks such as landscape beautification, time management, and amplification of customer satisfaction through quality assurance

Monitor project activities to ensure that instructions are followed, deadlines are met, schedules are maintained, and proper quality controls are applied

Responsible for managing customers’ needs and identifying new opportunities to build stronger customer relations and/or maximize production utilization

Maintain site quality control rating (QCR) to a 90% or above
-
Complete UVETS’ training, certification tracks (CT) that heighten forward mobility

Physical Requirements:

The Site Supervisor will work both inside and outside Headquarters
-
20% of the time will be spent inside the office and 80% outside the office

May be exposed to hazardous material, loud noise, and/or extreme heat/cold temperatures
Education and Experience:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Horticulture preferred; experience in Landscape Management or a related field, or a combination of education and work experience
-
3+ years of related work experience is required; Military experience may be substituted to meet position requirements
