As a customer service representative with Julie Nguyen State Farm you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in maintaining and growing agency base.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Assisting in insurance claims and follow up with customers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
