LSI Staffing is seeking experienced Sit-Down Forklift Operators for a warehouse in Baytown, TX.
Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of recent sit-down forklift experience.

Experience operating a Raymond electric forklift is required.

Food and beverage warehouse experience is preferred.
-
Recent experience working in an open-floor warehouse environment.
-
Must have experience loading and unloading trailers, staging product, moving materials, and replenishing inventory.

Experience with shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations is a plus.
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while following all safety procedures.

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Steel-toe boots required.

Responsibilities:

Operate a Raymond electric sit-down forklift safely and efficiently.
-
Load and unload trailers, containers, and delivery trucks.
-
Transport raw materials and finished products throughout the warehouse.
-
Stage, replenish, and store inventory in designated locations.
-
Pick and move product while maintaining FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices.
-
Perform shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions accurately.
-
Inspect forklifts daily and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
-
Follow all OSHA, food safety, GMP, and company policies.
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of recent sit-down forklift experience.

Experience operating a Raymond electric forklift is required.

Previous experience in a food and beverage warehouse is required.

Experience loading and unloading trailers and containers.

Knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting productivity goals.
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
-
Steel-toe boots required.
Preferred Skills:

RF scanner experience.

Experience working with WMS (Warehouse Management System).

Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
