We are seeking reliable and skilled OTR Company Truck Drivers to join our transportation team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for safely operating various types of trucks, including straight box truck, reefer, flatbed, dry van and power only trucks. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and efficiency while delivering goods to designated locations.
Responsibilities
- Operate trucks in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and functionality.
- Load and unload cargo as needed, ensuring proper handling and securing of materials.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and records of vehicle maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise during transport.
- Adhere to company policies regarding safety, customer service, and operational procedures.
- 90% No Touch Freight
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for the type of vehicle operated (flatbed, dry van, etc.).
(No CDL NEEDED FOR BOX TRUCK DRIVERS!!!)
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in truck driving roles.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to truck driving.
- Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Must be able to pass background checks and drug screenings as required by company policy.
- DOT Medical Card Required

Driver Eligibility & Hiring Criteria
- Valid CDL Class A or driver's license required
- 24 months of commercial driving experience within the last 36 months or 60 months of historical experience
- Negative drug test results required
- No DUI convictions (CMV or non-CMV) within the last 5 years
- No driver's license suspensions within the last 2 years (recent Medical Certification issues will be considered)
- No serious at-fault accidents resulting in major damage or bodily injury within 2 years
