Availability for AM Server is 6:30AM-3pm.
Server Job Responsibilities:

Greets and Communicates with all members in a warm, courteous, and prompt manner.

Learns and presents menu and selection of wines to members

Retrieves prepared orders from kitchen area and delivers to members in an expedient fashion.

Presents check to members and closes out tickets in a timely manner ensuring all transactions are recorded.

Smiles and shows genuine interest in the members' needs or questions and always attempts to accommodate any reasonable request.

Always maintains a clean and safe work area.

Maintains the beverage and side stations to ensure they are wiped down and free of dirty glassware, plates, and silverware.

Completes alcohol awareness and food safety programs with 30 days of hire.

Communicates clearly and efficiently, receives information and feedback, and takes action based on observations and information received.

Complies with departmental uniform and grooming standards.

Complies with departmental and Club policies and procedures.

Performs all other duties assigned.
Server Minimum Qualifications:
-
Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.

One or more years' experience as a food server.

Valid Driver's license is required.

Outstanding verbal and presentation skills with the ability to understand and take direction.

Ability to use tact and understanding when dealing with a variety of customer service problems, including stressful and highly emotional situations.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment.

Willing to provide exceptional service to members and desire to provide leadership to position the department to achieve the mission.

Able to work weekends and holidays.
Server Physical Requirements:
-
Standing and walking for 100% of a shift.
-
Lifting, carrying, or moving up to 50lbs.
-
Pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, and upward reaching.
