Our client has built a strong reputation for quality workmanship, team culture, and long-term project stability, and they are looking to add an experienced Construction Foreman to their team.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can effectively manage crews, maintain productivity, and keep projects moving safely and efficiently from start to finish.
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of field crews

Oversee civil and concrete job site operations

Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and project specifications

Ensure projects stay on schedule while maintaining quality standards

Enforce job site safety procedures and company policies

Coordinate materials, equipment, and workforce needs with management

Lead by example and maintain strong communication on-site
- Proven experience as a Construction Foreman

Strong background in civil construction and concrete work

Ability to lead crews and manage day-to-day field operations

Experience reading blueprints and coordinating project tasks
