Job Summary
The Planner is responsible for coordinating, organizing, and managing schedules, resources, and activities to ensure efficient operations and timely completion of projects or programs. This role involves analyzing needs, developing plans, monitoring progress, and communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain schedules, timelines, and work plans.
- Coordinate resources, materials, and personnel to meet project or operational goals.
- Analyze data and forecasts to support planning decisions.
- Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and status updates for management.
- Collaborate with departments, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Identify risks, delays, or bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
- Maintain accurate planning records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, budgets, and procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to planning processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of planning, scheduling, project coordination, or related experience.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Experience with ERP, scheduling, or planning software preferred.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
