Job Description
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair of mechanical equipment including: Conveyors (belt, drag, and screw)c pumps, feeders, blowers, hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, motors, couplings.
- Fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance or set-up.
- Fabrication and repair of structural steel components
- Proficient in knowledge of processes and ability to perform TIG, stick, and MIG welding
- Comprehension of conveyor dynamics and material handling fundamentals, pneumatic dust collection and coveying systems, and fluid handling systems
- Equipment lubrication
- Reading and understanding engineered drawings and manuals, layouts and measurements
- Rigging and lifting
- Knowledge of piping systems
- Operation of forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts
- Precision alignment of direct and belt drives
- Keeping work area and equipment in a safe, clean and orderly condition
- Performing duties and operating equipment in a safe manner
- Will compile information and generate reports, forms and documents as required
- Respond to after hours call ins as needed.
Qualifications/Required Skills:
- 4 years of progressive millwright or industrical mechanical maintenance experience
- Experience in fabrication, layout, and welding trades
- Must be willing to work inside and outside under varying weather conditions.
- High School diploma or GED
- Must provide personal small hand tools.

Pay: $25.00 - $38.00 per hour
