Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid Tier 3 or 4 Special Education teaching license
- Proven experience developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Knowledge of current best practices in special education for K-4 students
- Ability to differentiate instruction effectively in both push-in and pull-out settings
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, families, and colleagues

Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, adapt, and deliver curriculum for kindergarten through fourth grade students with diverse abilities
- Provide direct instruction in classroom (push-in) and small-group or individual (pull-out) settings
- Collect, analyze, and report student progress, revising strategies as needed
- Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to promote student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide leadership in aligning instructional goals and accommodations
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
