Overview
A non-profit agency seeks a dynamic, detail-oriented Contracts Manager to serve as a critical link between funding organizations and the agency. Must demonstrate high-level organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines and deliverables. Manage tight deadlines and possess strong multitasking skills. Ideally, the Contracts Manager will evaluate the existing tracking system and suggest strategies that maximize efficiency and impact. The pivotal role involves overseeing multiple contracts and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal funding sources. Must maintain discretion in managing confidential information and adhere to company policies.
Knowledge of grant reporting associated with victim services, legal services and housing a plus.
Duties
Ensure strict adherence to complex grantor guidelines and compile narratives and financial reports to detail program outcomes.
Consolidate qualitative and quantitative data from the agency database for funder reporting.
Maintain relationships with funding agencies.
Data management and reporting.
Track the agency's performance and the impact of funded projects against predetermined targets.
- Serve as point of contact for funders
- Recommend upgrades
- Maintain schedule and completion for monthly, quarterly, and biannual reports
- Analyze and track data
- Maintain comprehensive records of all contracts, amendments, and communications; ensure compliance with legal and corporate policies
- Proven experience in procurement management or contract administration within nonprofit organizations
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel for data analysis, reporting, and contract tracking purposes.
- Maintain exceptional partner relationship with funders
- Evaluate team members performance regarding data entry
Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
