The Account Manager will work directly with clients and lead design teams in planning and implementing new branding strategies, websites, content, and other assets in order to bring value to the clients and grow their businesses. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills who will be the main point of contact and liaison between clients and Standard Forge in order to maximize client satisfaction, retention, and growth in a fast-paced environment.

Regularly communicate with clients on status, timeline, deliverables, competitive-intelligence analysis, and other follow-up items

Manage and execute online and print marketing strategies, including, but not limited to: SEO, social media, content development, newsletters, and email campaigns

Work closely with other team members, including, but not limited to: Management, Sales Representatives, clients, and design team members

Manage the campaign launch process from start to finish, including client kick-off call, strategy recommendation, asset collection, all the way to implementation

Partner with clients and Sales Representatives to understand in-house offerings and recommend improvements, designs, and strategies

Ability to show clients the benefits of a comprehensive branding strategy

Understand each client's needs to provide effective and unique branding solutions

Deliver exceptional service through efficient resolution of issues raised by clients

Collaborate with other team members in order to meet strict deadlines

Primary point of contact for customer on day-to-day account needs

Understanding different industries, markets, and goals of strategic branding solutions

Potentially provide support to Management and Sales Representatives during sales process, including presenting past successes, results, and solutions

Strong communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills are a must

Ability to manage time efficiently to multitask and meet strict deadlines

Extremely organized and comfort managing multiple concurrent projects

Ability to think on your own and solve problems without direction

Proven experience with strong customer management skills and comfort interacting with clients and other professionals

Solution-oriented person who can show a track record of working around problems

Knowledge and understanding of current digital marketing best practices, including SEO, PPC, social media, email, and others

Complete understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)

Experience in Digital Media is a plus

Intermediate proficiency in HTML, CSS, and various CMS platforms

Desire to wear many different hats on an as-needed basis
