We are seeking a Medical Director for a hybrid role in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The Medical Director (Out-Patient) is a highly visible role with Provider oversight required. This is a hybrid role with one- two days on-site required and the balance can be done remotely. Full and Part-Time options are available.
- Currently 3 clinics with 10 NPs and PAs (there are 2 other psychiatrists providing a small amount of supervision as well).
- Plans to actively grow the organization – details and plans being worked through but there’s likelihood of adding additional clinics and team members.
- Could be open to PT or FT; if FT would need to be able to commit to some in person time in the Triad area of North Carolina. Current clinics are in Winston Salem and Greensboro.
- At least 1 day/week on site at one of our Winston-Salem offices.
- Willing to supervise 6 PMHNPs/PAs, more if necessary temporarily.
- Interest in Interventional Psychiatry, and either experience with or willingness to learn TMS, spravato, and ketamine treatment.
- Compensation: If we can land in the $350-$360K range and then look at bonus upside as the practice grows to larger thresholds, like 20+ med providers, 35+ med providers, and so on, that would be my ideal.
