Renewed Homes is seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant who thrives on
accuracy, process management, documentation, and follow-through. This is not a
traditional administrative role. You will become a critical part of our real estate
investment operation, coordinating transactions, managing documentation, working with
title companies, lenders, attorneys, insurance providers, and leadership to ensure every
property moves efficiently from acquisition through disposition.

What You'll Be Doing
Coordinating title, closing, lending, and insurance activities.
Managing transaction documentation and digital file organization.
Tracking assets and transaction progress within Airtable.
Preparing lending, mortgage, and financing documentation.
Working with attorneys, lenders, title companies, and insurance providers.
Reviewing and processing critical correspondence and documentation.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance throughout the
transaction process.
Leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows, improve documentation quality,
accelerate research, and enhance operational efficiency.
Preferred Experience
Real estate transactions
Title companies
Mortgage or lending operations
Escrow coordination
Transaction management
Document administration
Airtable, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and AI productivity tools
