The Town of Marana is seeking a Real Property Manager to work in the Legal Department. This is a full-time position and an exciting opportunity for someone interested in having a direct impact on the real property needs for a fast-growing community, applying expertise in property acquisition, appraisal, disposition, and property rights management. Reporting to the Town Attorney or designee, the Real Property Manager oversees all real property operations—including acquisitions, appraisals, surplus property sales, and management of property rights—while supporting the Town’s long-term real estate needs.The Town offers a competitive benefits package. SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field, such as planning or engineering.Over five years’ experience in related field, such as real property, engineering, or development services.At least three years of supervisory experience OR one year of supervisory experience and successful participation in the Town’s leadership development program within one year of hire date.Completion of the Town of Marana background check. An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience that provides the desired knowledge, skills & abilities to successfully perform essential functions may be considered.
