At Lenzip, we manufacture the zippers and fastening solutions found in jackets, backpacks, luggage, workwear, outdoor equipment, and many everyday products. What You’ll Do
- Assist customers with order placement, order status, and basic product information
- Enter and update customer orders in the system accurately and in a timely manner
- Communicate with the production and shipping teams to confirm order timelines and delivery status
- Respond to phone calls and emails in a professional and helpful manner
- Help resolve simple customer issues or escalate more complex problems to the appropriate team
- Maintain customer records and documentation
- Support the customer service team with day-to-day tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of customer service or administrative experience (manufacturing or industrial setting a plus)
- Good communication and people skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Attention to detail and ability to follow processes
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and learning on the job
Nice to Have (Not Required):
- Experience with ERP or order management systems
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or other)
- Familiarity with basic manufacturing or shipping terms

Shift: 8am – 5pm
