We are seeking a customer-focused Retail Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our team in a retail environment. In this role, you will assist customers with products and services, provide an excellent customer experience, and support daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.
- Learn about each customer's needs and recommend products and services that best fit their preferences.
- Demonstrate product features and explain available options to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, and current promotions.
- Meet individual performance expectations while contributing to overall store goals.
- Maintain organized product displays and assist with merchandising and inventory management.
- Stay informed about current products, services, and promotions through ongoing training.
- Collaborate with team members and store leadership to support daily operations and deliver a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn about new products and services.
- Reliable, professional, and customer-focused.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
