We are seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager who is passionate about leadership, operational excellence, and delivering memorable dining experiences across our restaurant, bar, banquet, and room service operations. The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets within the hotel. This role ensures exceptional guest satisfaction, maintains brand standards, drives revenue growth, controls costs, and leads a high-performing team aligned with service culture and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, lounges, bars, banquets, catering, and in-room dining.
- Ensure compliance with IHG brand standards and service excellence expectations.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members to achieve operational and guest satisfaction goals.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Manage labor costs, scheduling, inventory, purchasing, and departmental budgets.
- Collaborate with culinary leadership to develop menus, promotions, and special events that drive revenue.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
- Analyze financial reports, forecast revenue, and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal hotel departments.
- Support hotel-wide initiatives and contribute to achieving overall property performance goals.
Qualifications Required
- Minimum 3–5 years of progressive food and beverage leadership experience within a hotel, resort, or upscale hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant, banquet, and catering operations.
- Experience managing budgets, labor costs, inventory, and financial performance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
