As a Bilingual AT&T Customer Specialist, you will work directly with customers to introduce wireless and internet solutions, answer questions, and provide personalized support throughout the enrollment process. The Bilingual AT&T Customer Specialist role is ideal for individuals who enjoy communicating with people, working toward goals, and developing professional skills in sales and customer service.
Our team provides direct training and ongoing support to help every Bilingual AT&T Customer Specialist feel confident representing AT&T products and delivering a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities of the Bilingual AT&T Customer Specialist:
- Speak with customers in both English and Spanish to explain AT&T wireless, internet, and connectivity solutions
- Assist customers with service enrollments, account updates, and product recommendations
- Educate customers on available promotions, pricing, devices, and service plans
- Build positive relationships through professional and customer-focused interactions
- Recommend products and services based on customer needs, lifestyle, and budget
- Help resolve customer questions and provide timely support
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
- Collaborate with team members to support daily goals and overall performance
- Represent AT&T products and services with professionalism and enthusiasm
Qualifications for the Bilingual AT&T Customer Specialist:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
- Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience is helpful but not required
