Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Appliance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and have experience in appliance repair, ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various household appliances, as well as providing excellent customer service during each interaction.
Location
Location will be Nashville and the surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens.
- Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to perform repairs efficiently and effectively.
- Provide field service support by traveling to customer locations.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding the status of repairs and provide recommendations for maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
Experience
Candidates should have prior experience in the following areas, however we are willing to train:
- Appliance repair with a focus on refrigeration systems.
- Field service or service technician roles that required customer interaction.
- Customer service experience to ensure a positive client experience.
- Mechanical knowledge related to equipment repair and HVAC systems is preferred.
- Driver experience is a plus for transporting equipment safely.
