We're seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of products. Prioritize tasks, and implement processes to optimize productivity and accuracy. This role will also be responsible for staging and material handling for production, ensuring timely delivery of components and materials to support manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee raw material receiving, issuing, and internal material movement to support production needs.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies, shortages, and count variances.
Maintain the safety, cleanliness, and organization of the warehouse
Must be able to operate electric pallet jacks and cherry picker pallet stackers safely and efficiently.
Coordinate with production and purchasing to ensure uninterrupted material flow.
Ability to multitask and work independently
Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 75 lbs
Identify and implement process improvements to reduce gaps.
Perform other duties as assigned by management
2+ years of warehouse experience.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and shipping regulations.
