Summary:
As a Weekend Supervisor Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the care of our residents on weekends, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes. This is an opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art skilled nursing facility, with a focus on rehabilitation and long-term care.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the care of residents on weekends, ensuring that all residents receive high-quality, individualized care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Provide direct nursing care to residents, as needed
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of nursing principles and practices
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address resident concerns and provide emotional support
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina
- At least 0 years of experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
