As a Weekend Supervisor Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the care of our residents on weekends, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the care of residents on weekends, ensuring that all residents receive high-quality, individualized care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Provide direct nursing care to residents, as needed
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of nursing principles and practices
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address resident concerns and provide emotional support
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina
- At least 0 years of experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
