Seeking a passionate Preschool Coach to provide engaging and safe gymnastics instruction to young children. We are looking to update and further organize our preschool program. This role involves leading classes, ensuring child safety, and nurturing fundamental gymnastics skills. Ideal for those with experience working with preschool and beginner-level children and a background in gymnastics.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead age-appropriate gymnastics classes.
- Integrate dynamic lesson plans for our preschool gymnastics classes.
- Ensure child safety during activities and maintain a clean gym environment.
- Teach basic gymnastics skills through demonstration and guidance.
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning atmosphere.
- Communicate with parents and track children's progress.
- Collaborate with coaching team on schedules and events.
Qualifications:
- Experience with preschool and beginner-level children.
- Basic knowledge of gymnastics skills and teaching methods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- First Aid and CPR certification a plus.
