Collins Engine Generator Service (Ces-nm.com) is the electrical, standby-power, and wireless-infrastructure division of the Streamline Group, delivering cell-tower construction, commercial and data-center electrical services, and emergency standby-power solutions. Licensed in Arizona, Texas, and New Mexico—and operating nationwide through the Group—Collins offers a fast-paced, hands-on environment where employees can gain exposure to both the operational and administrative sides of the business.
We are seeking a dependable, highly organized Office Manager to help coordinate our day-to-day operations. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who values ownership, accountability, integrity, and doing things the right way.

Key Responsibilities
Office Administration
- Manage daily office operations and provide administrative support to company leadership and project managers.
- Answer phone calls, manage emails, maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Organize and maintain accurate digital and paper files.
- Handle MVD-related administrative tasks and company documentation.
- Prepare client closeout documents and other required project records.
- Maintain contracts, permits, inspection reports, invoices, receipts, project records, and supporting documentation.
- Track vendor compliance, employee certifications and verify that all insurance documents meet mandates.
- Assist with new employee onboarding, basic personnel administration, and general office administration.
- Administer and follow company policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and always represent the company professionally.
Accounting and Payroll
- Perform bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process invoices, payments, receipts, and client billing.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
- Maintain accurate financial and project accounting records.
- Prepare weekly timekeeping records and verify employee time reports before submitting payroll data to ADP.
- Assist with payroll processing and other accounting responsibilities as needed.
- Track project budgets, expenses, job costs, subcontractor costs, and back charges.
- Assist with daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, invoices, cost reports, and closing statements.
Construction and Project Coordination Support
- Communicate with inspectors, architects, engineers as needed.
- Work with permitting departments and help coordinate inspections.
- Follow up on current action items to keep projects moving efficiently.
- Occasionally support project managers with documentation, scheduling, and other administrative needs such as estimates, proposals, scopes of work, project tracking, change orders, purchase orders, and cost reports.
- Occasionally coordinate subcontractors, vendors, clients, material deliveries, and project schedules.
- Occasionally purchase expendable materials as needed and coordinate the receiving of materials.
- Maintain component and material inventory when required.
- Adapt priorities quickly as jobsite needs and construction schedules change.
Business and Marketing Support
- Help improve internal systems, administrative procedures, and operational processes.
- Assist with occasional marketing activities, including project photos, Google review requests, website updates, and social media content.
- Perform additional assignments at the direction of a supervisor.

Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in office administration, construction administration, project coordination, or executive-level administrative support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to handle and lift materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Previous construction industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Previous bookkeeping and office administration experience is preferred.
- Working knowledge of project accounting and administrative procedures is preferred.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred.
- Ability and willingness to work occasional overtime and travel for work when needed.
