We are an established, patient-centered private optometry practice in California seeking a full-time Associate Optometrist to join our growing team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to practice full-scope optometry in a supportive, non-corporate environment with a strong emphasis on quality care and work–life balance.
- Competitive annual salary of $120,000–$150,000, commensurate with experience

- Provide comprehensive eye exams for patients of all ages
- Diagnose and manage ocular disease, including glaucoma, dry eye, and diabetic eye disease
- Prescribe glasses and contact lenses
- Co-manage refractive and cataract surgery patients when appropriate
- Maintain timely and accurate medical records in compliance with California regulations
- Deliver exceptional patient education and customer service
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution
- Active California optometry license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical skills with a patient-first approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
