Seeking experienced, reliable, part-time evening Commercial Cleaning Technician for approximately 6 hours per week in Rockville. Must be available every Wednesday and Friday evening from 5pm - 8 pm.
All the following are required:
- Ability to do physical work including lifting up to 35 lbs., bending, and walking
- Have your own reliable transportation and a fully functioning cell phone
- Have excellent attendance and exhibit extreme dependability
- Pass a background check and have no history of theft or dishonest behavior
- Have professional cleaning experience in employment background

Benefits: Training wage is $16 per hour. Wages will quickly increase with exemplary work product, cooperation and attendance. Casual, relaxed work environments. Paid weekly.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of assigned areas.
- Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients.
- Possess a valid driver's license to travel between locations.
