Position Overview
We are seeking a driven, high-performing Sales Lead who is ready to accelerate membership growth and step onto a fast-track leadership path toward Assistant General Manager (AGM). In this role, you will own the sales pipeline—from initial lead generation to trial booking and membership closing—while shadowing leadership to master studio operations, CRM data auditing, and member retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Revenue Generation (Primary Focus)
- Execute the end-to-end sales process: lead generation, follow-ups, trial bookings, and contract conversions.
- Conduct engaging facility tours, using consultative selling to align prospective members' personal fitness goals with BFT's group training methodology.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly individual sales quotas for memberships, personal training packages, and retail.
- Manage and audit lead activity within the ClubReady CRM software to ensure maximum conversion efficiency.
2. Operational Leadership & AGM Preparation
- Partner directly with the General Manager to learn daily studio operations, inventory control, and retail management.
- Assist in organizing and leading community outreach events, local business pop-ups, and health fairs to generate qualified leads.
- Oversee member onboarding initiatives to ensure high client satisfaction and drive long-term retention.
- Serve as the studio’s second-in-command during designated shifts, stepping in to manage customer service and operational needs.
Qualifications
- Sales Experience: 1–3 years of direct sales, retail sales, or lead conversion experience (fitness/boutique studio experience preferred but not required).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident, consultative approach.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM systems (experience with ClubReady or similar fitness software is a plus) and standard office tools.
- Growth Mindset: Strong ambition to learn studio management, analyze operational metrics, and advance into an Assistant General Manager role.
- Flexibility: Must be able to work weekends, mornings, or evenings as dictated by studio operational hours.
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
