BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
Location: Cordova / East Memphis, TN
Setting: In-Clinic | Full-Time
Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000 + Bonuses + $3,000 Sign-On
A growing, privately owned ABA clinic is opening a brand-new location in Cordova, TN, serving children ages 18 months to 6 years old with autism in a collaborative, in-clinic setting.
This is a rare opportunity to get in early at a new center, help build a caseload, and play a key role in shaping clinical quality and team culture from the ground up.

What You’ll Be Doing

Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland-3, etc.)

Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans

Analyze progress and adjust programming as needed

Provide weekly parent training and updates
-
Supervise RBTs and interns in-center
-
Collaborate with leadership to build and maintain a high-quality program

Coordinate care with in-house Speech and OT providers
-
Manage insurance authorizations and clinical documentation

Maintain a manageable caseload (8–12 clients)

Target 25 billable hours per week
Schedule

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with lunch break)

Qualifications
-
Active BCBA certification (BACB)
-
BLS/CPR certification
-
Strong clinical and leadership skills

Experience with early intervention preferred

Ability to be physically active (lifting, floor work, etc.)
