Experienced Pesticide Applicator
WD Yards is seeking an experienced Pesticide Applicator to join Team Red — a hardworking, customer-focused team that takes pride in delivering exceptional service throughout the Grand Valley.
This position is ideal for an individual who is dependable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Applicants should have experience with pesticide applications, plant and turf health care practices, and safe handling procedures.
A current Colorado Department of Agriculture Applicator License is highly preferred, though experienced candidates working toward licensing are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities may include:
- Applying pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers safely and accurately
- Diagnosing turf, weed, insect, and plant health issues
- Operating application equipment properly and responsibly
- Communicating professionally with customers and team members
- Maintaining accurate records and compliance with regulations
- Supporting overall property health and appearance for our clients
