Mentors Newer Drivers
- Provides guidance and support to new and developing drivers
- Shares best practices for route organization and delivery efficiency
- Helps reinforce company policies, safety expectations, and performance standards
- Acts as a positive role model for professionalism and teamwork
Supports Dispatch When Needed
- Assists dispatch with communication and coordination during daily operations
- Helps address driver questions or field challenges
- Provides updates on route progress when requested
Pay: $23.00 - $24.50 per hour
