XTREME Heating & Air Conditioning in Temecula seeks EXPERIENCED COMMERICIAL & RESIDENTIAL HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN with the ability to diagnose and repair HVAC equipment.
We are looking for people who are self-motivated, able to work by themselves, capable of diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment without needing assistance, take pride in their work and abilities, and are able to interact professionally with the customer.
Service technicians must have a minimum of 5 years experience in the HVAC industry diagnosing and repairing heat pump condensers, fan coils, condensing units, air handlers, furnaces, mini split systems, and package units.
We provide a company truck, gas card, Home Depot card, Lowe's card, Fastrak, cell phone and iPad. You will need your own hand tools.
We offer 5 to 15 days paid vacation (based on length of employment), 5 paid sick days per year, paid training and educational classes through Bryant, paid NATE certification, Aetna medical insurance (HMO or PPO), and a 401k retirement plan with employer matching program up to 4%.
Must have EPA Certification, a clean DMV report going back 10 plus years, and be able to pass a background check
