Heritage Therapeutic Services is looking for a part-time Office Assistant. This person will need to be respectful, polite, able to take initiative, be dependable, and organized. This person will be responsible for handling clerical tasks such as phone calls, communications, greeting clients, managing files, managing calendars, updating paperwork and other documents, as well as performing other general office clerk duties and errands.
You will need the ability to write clearly, have some computer skills (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.) and a cooperative personality. Experience will be preferred. Some light office cleaning.

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
