Summary
We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at Airtec Sports in Menomonie, WI. In this pivotal role, you will be a key part of our team, helping customers find the perfect powersports vehicles while delivering outstanding service that aligns with our company's values. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our commitment to excellence in the powersports industry.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Demonstrate products and explain features to customers. Staying knowledgeable about manufacturer units and accessories.
- Upsell products and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain merchandise displays and ensure the showroom is organized.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals.
- Providing customers with professional quotes and informing customers on financial options.
- Promoting special sales, promotions, or coupons.
Qualifications
- Sales experience and exceptional customer service skills: 2 years.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Exceptional computer skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to demonstrate products effectively.
- Enthusiasm for powersports and outdoor activities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Compensation: Hourly rate plus commissions!
Schedule
- Tuesday through Friday, 9am-5pm
- Saturday, 9am-2pm
- Final schedule will be determined by the Store Manager.
