Content Creator & Marketing Specialist
Job Summary:
The Martinez Team is looking for a creative, organized, and driven Content Creator & Marketing Specialist to join our growing real estate team. This role is perfect for someone with hands-on experience in content creation and digital marketing who can take initiative, generate fresh ideas, and help execute our day-to-day marketing efforts. Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
- Film, edit, and produce short-form video content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
- Develop creative marketing campaigns to promote listings, open houses, events, and team initiatives.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all marketing materials.
- Design graphics, flyers, and other promotional materials using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Stay up to date on social media trends and recommend new content ideas and marketing strategies.
- Coordinate marketing for open houses, client events, community events, and homebuyer seminars.
- Assist with content planning, scheduling, and day-to-day marketing operations.
- Support additional marketing and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Required: Previous experience in content creation and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and current social media trends.
- Experience filming and editing engaging short-form video content.
- Proficiency in Canva; experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation is required.
