Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Current California Speech-Language Pathology License required
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Background in pediatric or school-based SLP services preferred
- Experience with teletherapy platforms is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy to students in grades K-12
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and document student progress
- Collaborate closely with teachers and support staff to tailor interventions
- Engage with families to support student communication goals
- Utilize teletherapy tools when appropriate to support service delivery
