My client combines the resources, stability, and project portfolio of a national contractor with the direct leadership access and collaborative environment of a local builder. The Ohio operation has grown significantly across industrial, manufacturing, mission-critical, healthcare, education, and civic construction, creating a strong pipeline and continued investment in its accounting team.
Rather than working in a traditional back-office accounting position, you will become an important part of the project team—partnering directly with Project Managers, supporting multiple active jobs, and helping drive their financial success from startup through closeout.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate owner billings in accordance with project contracts
- Partner with Project Managers to review job costs, billing activity, and cash flow
- Process project-related costs and identify late or unbilled items
- Coordinate subcontractor payments, lien waivers, and insurance compliance
- Support monthly project reporting, accruals, and financial reconciliation
- Assist with project closeout and final profit-and-loss reconciliation
Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
