Summary
We are seeking a Cleaner to join our team in Buffalo Grove, IL. The Cleaner will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our clients' new construction properties, ensuring they receive top-notch service that reflects our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained according to company standards.
- Handle special cleaning projects as assigned, including post-construction clean-up.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures during all cleaning operations.
- Interact professionally with clients and respond to their needs effectively.
- Assist with additional tasks as required to support overall building maintenance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial or residential cleaning preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and supplies is a plus.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as needed.
- Excellent time management skills and reliability.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines.
- Must be okay with working in different environments including outdoors.
