Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee our operations here at Wingstop. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a comprehensive understanding of food management practices. This role requires effective supervision of staff, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and delivering an exceptional experience to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the establishment, ensuring high standards of food service and customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy in transactions and adherence to financial protocols.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and growth.
- Enforce food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in accordance with health standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food items while maintaining quality standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution that enhances customer satisfaction.
- Implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity within the team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service management or customer service preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen management.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and staff alike.
- Experience with cash handling procedures and financial management within a retail or food service context.
- Ability to lead by example, demonstrating effective supervisory skills while motivating team members.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
