Off-Site Social Events is a boutique corporate event agency specializing in high-touch events for tech companies, field marketing teams, partner marketing teams, and internal corporate event programs. We produce everything from executive dinners, happy hours, and golf outings to field marketing activations, VIP experiences, sales incentives, SKOs, Presidents Club trips, and larger corporate events.
We are looking for an Event Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, professional, resourceful, and excited to grow with a small company.
The Event Coordinator will support and manage corporate events from start to finish, working closely with the Off-Site Social team, clients, venues, vendors, and event partners. This person should be comfortable managing multiple moving pieces, communicating clearly, taking initiative, and representing the company well in front of clients and vendors.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include:
- Venue sourcing and outreach
- Vendor research and coordination
- Creating and maintaining event timelines
- Supporting event budgets and tracking expenses
- Communicating with clients, venues, and vendors
- Managing guest lists and registration details
- Assisting with event proposals and planning documents
- Coordinating menus, rentals, AV, entertainment, gifting, signage, transportation, and staffing
- Tracking deadlines, deposits, payments, and event details
- Preparing event recaps and wrap-up notes
- Supporting onsite event execution
- Managing one-off events and smaller repeat client programs
- Assisting with larger events as needed

Compensation
This role includes annual base compensation of $75,000, plus commission eligibility.
Commission is based on Off-Site Social planning and management fee revenue brought into or managed by the contractor during each commission period. Commission is not based on total event budgets, venue costs, food and beverage, rentals, entertainment, travel, gifting, vendor costs, reimbursable expenses, or client marketing funds.
Commission Structure
Commissions are paid three times per year.
Commissionable revenue refers to OSS planning and management fees, not the total client event budget.
Growth Opportunity
This role starts as an Event Coordinator position supporting one-off events, repeat clients, event logistics, vendor communication, and onsite execution. As the company grows, strong performers may have the opportunity to grow into a more senior client-facing role with additional responsibility and earning potential.
