About Us
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Office Cleaners to help maintain a clean, sanitary, and professional environment throughout our facility.
Position Overview
The Office Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of offices, restrooms, breakrooms, locker rooms, common areas, and other assigned areas throughout our manufacturing facility.
This position works a 12-hour rotating schedule and requires employees to be available for their assigned shift, including weekends and holidays when they fall within the regular work schedule.
Available Shifts
Day Shift
- Sunday–Wednesday rotation
- 12-hour shifts
- Rotating schedule: 3 days on / 4 days off, followed by 4 days on / 3 days off
Night Shift
- Sunday–Wednesday rotation
- 12-hour shifts
- Rotating schedule: 3 days on / 4 days off, followed by 4 days on / 3 days off
- Night shift differential applies

Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, breakrooms, kitchens, locker rooms, hallways, and other common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout assigned areas
- Empty trash and recycling containers and properly dispose of waste
- Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces
- Restock restroom, breakroom, and sanitation supplies
- Respond promptly to spills and other immediate cleaning needs
- Maintain custodial supplies and notify management when inventory needs to be replenished
- Complete assigned cleaning duties thoroughly and according to schedule
- Support deep-cleaning and special facility cleaning projects as needed
- Follow all company safety, sanitation, and facility procedures
- Maintain a professional and respectful presence while working around employees and production operations
- Perform other custodial duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous janitorial, custodial, commercial cleaning, warehouse, or manufacturing facility experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and complete assigned responsibilities without constant supervision
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean work environment
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks, including bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and walking
- Must be comfortable working in an active manufacturing environment
- Must be available to work the assigned rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays when scheduled
Pay & Review
- Starting pay: $18.00 per hour
- Night shift differential for eligible overnight hours
- Overtime opportunities may be available based on operational needs
- 90-day performance review following the introductory period, with performance, attendance, reliability, and overall job proficiency evaluated
