- Premier Chemical Solutions, a family-run local company, is seeking a reliable and experienced Class C CDL licensed driver to join our close-knit team. As a driver, you will play a crucial role in transporting and delivering laundry chemicals to various locations throughout East Tennessee and surrounding areas. Responsibilities:
* Safely operate a Class C commercial vehicle to transport laundry chemicals to designated locations, ensuring the utmost care and caution
* Load and unload chemicals from the vehicle, following proper handling and storage protocols
* Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure its safety and report any maintenance issues promptly
* Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, prioritizing the safety of yourself and others on the road
* Maintain accurate records of deliveries, and any incidents or delays, ensuring transparency and accountability
* Provide exceptional customer service by delivering products in a timely and professional manner, representing our company with pride
* Collaborate closely with the warehouse team to ensure accurate inventory management and efficient operations
Requirements:
- Valid Class C CDL license with a clean driving record, demonstrating your commitment to safe driving practices ( If you don't have a CDL we will provide the classes for one)
- Able to obtain a DOT MEDICAL CARD (Health screening)
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance, ensuring adherence to all relevant guidelines.
- Able to pass DOT Drug screening
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, enabling you to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, allowing you to maintain accurate records and meet delivery deadlines
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, demonstrating self-motivation and reliability
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends or evenings, if required, to meet customer demands
