About Core Aesthetic
Core Aesthetic is a science-forward medical aesthetics and wellness practice founded and led by a clinical pharmacist with deep expertise in compounding and pharmaceutical science. We help high-performing clients look sharper, feel stronger, and age well—and we do it through evidence, not hype. Because we're backed by our own compounding pharmacy, our providers can offer truly personalized hormone protocols, custom formulations, and clinical support that most practices can't match.
We're expanding our wellness and longevity services, and we're looking for a hormone optimization specialist to lead this growing arm of the practice.
The Role
As our HRT Specialist, you'll order comprehensive lab work and consultations through personalized treatment plans and ongoing management. You'll help clients address fatigue, weight changes, low libido, mood shifts, sleep issues, and the broader symptoms of hormonal imbalance, using a thoughtful, data-driven approach backed by in-house compounding.
What You'll Do
- Conduct in-depth consultations and review comprehensive hormone and metabolic lab panels
- Design and manage individualized BHRT protocols for women and men (bioidentical hormone replacement therapy)
- Prescribe and adjust testosterone, estrogen, progesterone, thyroid, and related therapies as clinically appropriate
- Collaborate with our compounding pharmacy to deliver custom-tailored formulations (creams, troches, pellets, injectables, capsules)
- Integrate complementary wellness services such as peptide therapy, GLP-1 weight management, and IV/nutrient therapy
- Working knowledge of our broader wellness and aesthetic service menu—and the ability to perform non-injectable treatments (such as microneedling, peels, and skin/wellness therapies, body contouring) to support a well-rounded client experience
- Monitor outcomes, retest, and refine plans to keep clients optimized and safe over time
- Educate clients with a science-first, no-pressure approach and build long-term therapeutic relationships
- Maintain meticulous documentation and ensure full regulatory and clinical compliance
What We're Looking For
- Active, unrestricted Virginia license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA-C)
- Prescriptive authority and ability to practice under a collaborative agreement as required by VA law
- Experience and educational exposure in hormone replacement therapy, functional/integrative medicine, age management, or endocrinology strongly preferred
- Active social media presence and comfort creating content—you're excited to share treatments, results, and education (within compliance) to help grow the practice's brand
- Solid understanding of lab interpretation, hormone physiology, and individualized dosing
- Genuine passion for wellness, longevity, and helping clients feel their best
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, trustworthy bedside manner
- Professional, detail-oriented, and excited to build something within an entrepreneurial, high-standards practice
